Oil legakr 15 minutes ke liye cover krke rekhe.
Mixer jar mai dono ankurit nikale. Hari mirch and ginger milakr bina paani ke drdra paste tayyar kre
Paste ko bowl mai nikalkr salt,lal mirch powder ,gram masala aur aamchur powder milaye.
High flame pr non stick pan mai desi ghee gram kre. Hing jeera dalkr chatkaye. Medium flame pr ankurit paste milakr 1-2 minute bhune. Switch off kre.
Plate mai nikale kaaju,badaam , kishmish , coriander leaves, saabute dry dhaniya and saunff milaye.
Samose ke dough ko maselkr chikna kre. Medium size ke loi thode . Poori se bde size ki roti bele
Center mai se kaatkr 2 part mai kre. Ek part pr kinare pr paani lgakr cone ka shape dey aur paani se chipkaye. Upper ki tref side ptele krkr stuffing bhre aur paani lgakr sb tref se chipkaye. Isse vidhi se sbhi Samose tayyar kre.
High flame pr kadhi mai oil gram kre.. medium se low flame pr deep fry kre. sb tref sunehre hone pr switch off kre.
Plate mai nikale.
Curd , chutney se garnish kr , gramagram chai ke saath serve kre.
